Over the Edge!

Hard work. I just got off the phone with my Dad. He has been farming for over 35 years.... Squash farmer. I grew up going to the farm at the age of 10. I started out hoeing weeds and grading turnips. I also would go to the farmers market with my cousin and sell veggies to customers. My first practice as a business man. 10 - 12 years old is to young to start working right? No way I think every kid should start working minimal hours(10 - 15) at the age of 10. I learned more from working on the farm then I could have any where else. 14 - 16 years of age I would work between 40 - 60 hours a week driving tractors, loading trucks, and picking squash. I hated it but I knew it was good for me. I am thankful for every thing I have and will not forget where I came from. Love you Dad and Mom :)!

By the Way Whats up with the Video? Kris Kepler sent it to me and I cant stop watching it. I feel like I am at a Crossroads in my life. I get married in three months the Crossfit Games are in 5 days. I am ready to take my life to the next level and I have all the tools to do it. I am more excited about life today then ever before! God Bless

Accelarate

The day is coming....... Relentless..... machine...... attack ...... attack......

Certainty

7 years ago I would listen to this song over and over and over. I was lost, confused, depressed and only had faith. Faith that my life had a purpose greater then me.I was going to do something beautiful for God. 18 - 25 years of age was the desert of my life. I was seeking, hungry and had no mentors. I would go to coffee shops for hours reading books hoping that the course I was taking was the right one.

Today I can say I am unfolding so rapidly I love my life and all the blessings I have received. I am eternally grateful.

Today I have moved to a new Certainty that comes from my hearts of hearts. I am Certain that we as a community will build a brighter present and future. I am certain that we can make today brighter by bringing life to the lifeless. I am ready I am ready I am fine............

Tabata your Life!

I dreamed, I sleep, I was in a long slumber....10 seconds off can be a short or long time depending on your reality. 10 seconds off.....20 seconds ON! How long will it last? 3.....2......1..... GO!

Tabata your Job!

The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout (also called a Tabata sequence) is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. In a group context, you can keep score by counting how many lifts/jumps/whatever you do in each of the 20 second rounds. The round with the smallest number is your score.Link

Assume.....

Don't most people assume that someone that is doing "so good" for them selves wouldn't need or want something that would make them better. I assume that all the time "oh they are fit" or "they look healthy I bet they workout" ect.

Are you hungry?

I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
